spacious room central location limited washers no microwave
The room was spacious and clean. the hotel's location was very central. Many shops surrounded it.
the hotel had only two washers and one dryer available. guests do not have access to a microwave.

excellent location food options walking distance bad soundproofing traffic noise disruptive noise
the location proved excellent, placing me near subway lines. i found abundant food options nearby, a definite plus. i also appreciated being within walking distance of palaces, a real convenience.
the room's soundproofing was not great, as i could hear chanting from a nearby temple. traffic noise from the street was also noticeable from my floor. i even heard the temple bells ringing at 4:30 am, disruptive.

perfect location and friendly staff!
perfect location short walk easy access convenience stores
the location was perfect for exploring. major attractions such as myeongdong shopping street and ikseon-dong cafes were a short, pleasant walk away. public transport was easily accessible, with the subway only 8-10 minutes away. there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores right around the hotel, i really enjoyed the starbucks downstairs.
i did find that there was no concierge service available, so i had to arrange my own transport to the airport.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i really appreciated that the room and bathroom were cleaned daily (it made a huge difference!).

i only had coffee downstairs at starbucks. there are countless dining options just steps from the hotel entrance, so it was super easy to find great meals.

the hotel's central location made exploring convenient (it was a total game-changer!). getting to palaces and shopping areas was quick and easy.

my room was very clean and spacious, i was happy with the cleanliness. the bathroom was well stocked, and i appreciated the daily replenishment of amenities.
